About Us
We are a video-led digital marketing agency specialising in social impact campaigns and human storytelling. We work with a range of clients, including religious organisations, political parties, charities, and musicians, such as World Vision, the Archbishop of Canterbury, the UK government and the United Nations. Our mission is to humanise institutions, foster deep connections with the public and build positive social movements. We’re seeking a skilled Senior Editor to help elevate our content and expand our capacity.

Position Summary
As a Senior Editor, you will input into our social-first content strategy, help craft compelling narratives and edit our major projects. We’re looking for someone who is more than an editor—a creator who has an intuitive way with social media, understands audience behaviour, and has experience in the non-profit, religious, and social impact spaces. You will work closely with our team to develop an in-house style, ideate concepts, and bring creative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit, and produce high-quality content that aligns with the agency's brand values and client missions.

  • Craft engaging narratives and content versions that capture attention and drive engagement on social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with our team to develop an in-house editorial style, and be open to experimenting with new techniques and approaches.

  • Tailor content specifically for social media, with a keen understanding of what audiences want and how to maximise reach and engagement.

  • Act as a key collaborator for projects with religious organisations, charities, and causes across the political spectrum, maintaining sensitivity and respect for all viewpoints.

  • Provide realistic timeframes for deliverables, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with project timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Editor or similar role within digital marketing, social media, or content creation, ideally with a background working with non-profits, religious organisations, or charities.

  • A content creator at heart, capable of taking initiative in crafting stories, ideating concepts, and developing content that resonates.

  • Deep familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of what drives engagement across different audiences.

  • Experienced in working with Premiere Pro and the full Adobe suite

  • Intermediate level motion graphics and colour grading experience

  • Knowledge of new AI-enabled editing tools

  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to set clear expectations and deliver within agreed timeframes.

  • Alignment with our values of humanising people and respecting diverse causes.

Benefits of Working with Us

  • Flexibility of remote work with a part-time schedule (must be based in London)

  • Collaborative, supportive environment that values creativity and initiative.

  • Opportunities for ongoing contract extensions based on performance.
